Lioncourt Investments-backed Lioncourt Homes has been recognised by the Sunday Times as one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK.
The annual survey of all private companies in the UK has placed Lioncourt Homes in 25th position in the list of the fastest growing companies in the UK, and 2nd in the Midlands Region.
Lioncourt Homes was established in 2006 when Lioncourt Investments, founded by David Andrews and Michael Tunney, recognised the opportunity to capitalise on the projected long term undersupply of housing in the UK market. It turned to industry veterans Colin Cole and Neil Chandler to help establish Lioncourt Homes.
As the fastest growing house builder in the UK, Lioncourt Homes has grown from a small regional player just a few years ago to one of the largest house builders and land owners in Central England.
This impressive growth has seen rapid turnover and profit growth and has involved a near doubling of staff each year, over the past 2 years.
The Company prides itself on the quality of its product and this approach has been recognised by HBF (House Builders Federation), with Lioncourt being one of only 15 developers to be a recipient of the coveted 5 Star Quality Award.
Lioncourt Homes made an €11m operating profit in the year to March 2015 and has built up a significant land bank, offering visibility on future earnings growth. The Company is continuing to build its management team in support of its key objective of building and selling over 500 homes per annum.
